Demi Lovato confirmed for 'Dancing with the Stars' results show

Demi Lovato has booked an appearance on this week's Dancing with the Stars results show.

The musician will perform new single 'Heart Attack' on tomorrow night's (April 2) broadcast, ABC has confirmed.

'Heart Attack' has already topped the iTunes chart in 18 different countries, and was recently certified gold in the US. The track is taken from Lovato's upcoming fourth album, which is tipped for release in May.

Huey Lewis and the News are the week's other special musical guests, performing their track 'The Heart of Rock and Roll' with accompaniment from the show's dance troupe.

One more couple will be eliminated from Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday night's show, becoming the first pair to depart the competition on the basis of the judges' scores and the public vote after a back injury forced figure skater Dorothy Hamill to withdraw.

Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8/7c and Tuesdays at 9/8c on ABC.
