Demi Lovato inspires fans by tweeting makeup-free photo

Demi Lovato continues to bring positivity to teens and tweens. The 20-year-old Heart Attack singer who, after her rehab stint in 2010, vowed to be a positive voice for teens. She continued that on Wednesday by encouraging young girls to be brave.

The singer has been open and honest about her personal issues, and on her Twitter account, she was honest about one more thing, her true beauty.

According to MTV News, Lovato tweeted a fresh faced, makeup-free, and filter-free photo of herself and encouraged her other followers to do the same.

She showed she's not afraid to let her imperfections show and hoped to inspire other girls.

Ladies, be brave today.. take off your make-up and stop using those filters!! WE are beautiful!!! she tweeted. She added, If you come across haters, show them love. We don't bully back or retaliate. That's not what we are about!!

Naturally, the X Factor judge got a huge response from her tweet. She inspired many Lovatics to share their true, natural beauty, and in return, she tweeted back nothing but love.
