Cheryl Cole to Demi Lovato: 'You're inspirational'

Cheryl Cole has expressed her admiration for Demi Lovato after watching her documentary.

The singer told the US star that she thinks she is an "inspirational" woman after watching her MTV documentary Stay Strong, which chronicled Lovato's battle with an eating disorder and self-harm.

Cole tweeted: "@ddlovato I have just watched your Stay Strong doc and felt compelled to say I think you're so Strong, Brave and Beautiful inside and out..."

She added: "@ddlovato you really are an inspirational young woman and I admire you a lot #staystrong all my love, Cheryl Cole X"

Lovato recently admitted that she was nervous over opening up about her personal issues for the documentary and that she initially held back when filming began.
