Demi Lovato is back to promoting her latest album and her newest single. Her promotional trail brought her to American Idols live results show where she performed her single, Give Your Heart A Break.

Demi flung her lightened hair and sported some fierce high-heels during her performance. Although she looked smashing, vocally it was a bit shaky.
