Demi Lovato Quits Twitter

Demi announced to her Twitter fans that she was taking a break the social media website just a day after a rant about trust! Do you think shell stay away for long?

On Jan. 3, Demi Lovato shared a Twitter rant about only surrounding yourself with people you can trust and communicate with. After news outlets (HollywoodLife.com included) reported on the X Factor judges comments, she took the the social media website on Jan. 4 to announce that she was walking away from Twitter for good!

I dont get how people get stories from very vague twitter postsAbout friendship.?? Demi tweeted. She followed that up with, Blehh. I really love my fans but I hate gossip sitesGonna take a breather from twitter..I love yall!

The tweets in question on Jan. 3 did seem to point to an issue going on in a relationship in the pop stars life. Patience + communication = trust When you learn how to communicate with others, theres almost no problem you cant solve, she tweeted, adding, P.S. Only surround yourself with people who you CAN communicate with. Trust is a bond between TWO people that is found ONLY when they are able to listen/understand where the other person is coming from. That to me, is the key to friendships/ relationships.

Many wondered if Demi was referencing her on-again/off-again relationship with Wilmer Valderrama, who was spotted on the X Factor set on Nov. 8 and again on Nov. 12, 2012.

Unsure of her and Wilmers relationship status after the cryptic tweets, HollywoodLife.com reached out to Demis rep for some clarification. We were told, She tweets this stuff pretty often, sounds like sound life advice.

We certainly hope that Demi doesnt stay away from Twitter ! for too l! ong!
