But even so, it's hard not to feel a little bad for Dianna De La Garza after watching the video her daughter Dallas posted to the Internetwhich Demi promptly retweeted.

In the video, Dallas giggles as she records her mother bopping along to something on the TV (a workout video, perhaps?). The bopping continues for 40 excruciating but hilarious seconds before Ms. De La Garza gets hip to the hidden camera. She's a trooper for allowing her daughters to share this moment with the world!
