Demi Lovato denies rumors of her return to rehab again

Rumors have once again surfaced that Demi Lovato has returned to rehab. After fans did not see Lovato at the 2012 Grammy Awards, the rumor spread that she couldnt attend due to rehab.

This rumor couldnt be far from the truth, as Lovatos reps confirmed to MTV News, that she was never supposed to be present at the Grammys.

Shes not in rehab, Lovatos representative told MTV. She was not supposed to present at the Grammys.

Lovato tweeted recently that she needed time away from Twitter and this also added to the rumor that perhaps she was stuck back in rehab.

Away on a mind and body cleansing retreat!! This is exciting Wont be tweeting much this week but I love you my sweet lovatics! @ddlovato tweeted.

MTV reports that Lovatos retreat was previously planned and was not due to recent events. She explains that Demis recovery is an ongoing process and she definitely is headed toward a healthy future.

Today, Lovato tweeted to her fans letting them know she is back from her week away and feeling very well.

Lovato has admitted to her struggles that led her to rehab and it seems now she is definitely living a more positive lifestyle, aside from the consistent rumors of her return to rehab.
