Are Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas back together?

Former best friends and lovers Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas are actually not getting back together, as recent reports have suggested.

The Disney stars aren't reuniting romantically, but have gotten back together for Acuvue's 1-Day Starts Today contest along with llyson Felix, Meaghan Martin and Tyler Blackburn.

Rumors initially re-ignited when the stars were all present to shoot promos for Acuvue back in February, but the "Give Your Heart a Break" singer denied those rumors of her getting back with her 22-year-old ex.

But now, the 19-year-old has confirmed exclusively with Us Weekly where her relationship with the Jonas brother stands.

"We've been really good friends for so long. So it's been cool hanging out with him again," she said, adding, there's absolutely nothing romantic going on between the two. She also admitted, "I didn't even know that was a rumor!"

Is Jonas on the same page as his ex when it comes to this rumor?

"I've been lucky to be able to work with a lot of great people in my life, two of whom are Demi and Meaghan....It's been a while since I've seen them. We've all been kind of on different paths, but I see them at award shows and things like that. And any time we see them, it's like family reunion. We have catch-up time and reminisce," Jonas told the mag.

Lovato and Jonas began dating in March 2010 for a few months. The news was confirmed when she appeared on Access Hollywood, with host Billy Bush asking if she would date a Jonas brother, and if so, who. Bush asked if the two went from "boyfriend-girlfriend to best friends" and she replied with, "No kind of the opposite," via People magazine.
