The song is about not wanting to break the other person's heart, and really letting them know that you're not in this to play games, or to hurt themjust that you're there to love them, according to Lovato. The video is a reminder of that.

In the video, a fresh faced Demi has just broken it off with a boyfriend, one who she promised to that it would be okay to fall in love. In an attempt to remind him of the good times, the singer gets an idea, after looking through photosof them together, to make a collage that ultimately illustrates one big photo of them, to be displayed outside the apartment of her love.

Transitioning with Lovato creating a collage, were memories from better times, times that made for romantic moments. Lovato admits that filming romantic parts were strange for her.

"I really think the most challenging part of shooting my music video was that I was actually on set for the first time and the director said, OK, you and this guy, you're going to cuddle now,'" the 19-year-old told Giuliana Rancic in a new E! News interview. "We totally had to look like a real couple five minutes after meeting.

She admits shes a little shy about that part.

I was like, sorry I dont really know how to do this. I feel really uncomfortable, she recalled of shooting the romantic scenes, saying her music video boyfriend was comforting. He was like, dont be nervous.
