Demi Lovato says people treat her "differently" since being in therapy for eating disorders and self-harm.
She's been out of rehab for just over a year and says "people do treat me differently".
The 19-year-old Disney star spent three months from November 2010 to January 2011 receiving treatment.
The singer says she has noticed a change in that people she works with are now "more cautious of the workload that I have".
She's been speaking to Newsbeat's entertainment reporter Natalie Jameison ahead tonight's BBC Radio 1 story How Young is Too Young to be Popstar.
