Britney Spears & Demi Lovato Look Stunning At X Factor Auditions

052412_XFACTOR_003120524152540Britney & Demi stepped out in the scorching Austin sun May 24 for the first round of X Factor auditions.

As the competition is about to heat up, Britney Spears looked stunning in a bright pink mini, while fellow judge Demi Lovato sauntered from her car in a neon yellow dress. The unlikely duo have joined The X Factors judging panel alongside former American Idol staple Simon Cowell and Epic Records exec L.A. Reid. The formal announcement came earlier this month during the Fox upfront in New York City.

Earlier this afternoon, Spears tweeted out her excitement. Just arrived for @TheXFactorUSA auditions hope everyone is ready! Still waiting on @SimonCowell of course.

After overcoming a tremendous amount of adversity, Demi and Britney have America waiting with bated breath for their judging debut. During last nights Idol season finale, a brand new X Factor promo premiered that featured the two divas.
