Demi Lovato is the 2nd New Judge of The X Factor USA

Its official! Following the announcement that Britney Spears signed on as a new judge/mentor on The X Factor USA over the weekend, Demi Lovato now fills the last vacant seat in the panel.

In an attempt to boost the ratings of the upcoming second season of The X Factor USA, Simon Cowell fired Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger and will apparently replace them with Britney Spears and now Demi Lovato.

According to reports, both Britney and Demi will be in New York City tomorrow for FOX Up Fronts to make the official announcement.

To complete the line-up, Cowell is now looking for a new host that will replace Steve Jones.

Meanwhile, L.A. Reid will return as one of the judges/mentor in the reality show as well as Cowell.
