X Factor USA's Simon Cowell And Demi Lovato Lash Out At Each Other
They have previously joked over the insults they give each other, but laughter was the furthest thing from Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell's minds on the X Factor USA last night when they lashed out at each other during the show.
With the finalists taking to the stage to perform, it didn't take long for Simon and Demi to clash over what they thought about the performances. With the jibes based on the subjects of romance and music experience, it made for some awkward viewing...
The feud between the pair began when Demi complimented Tate Stevens on the way he dedicated his songs to his wife by saying: "What I think is so amazing is that you dedicate every song to your wife and one day when I get married I want my husband to love me as much as you love your wife, she is a very lucky girl."

Picking up on Demi's comment, Simon quipped: "Demi I think that might be a bit of a tall order actually". But not one to back down, Demi retorted:
"At least I am going to be married one day, at least I'll get married one day."
Hitting back at Demi's remark, Simon asked his co-judge: "I might get married one day. What? You don't think I will?"

However the feud soon touched on talent after Demi questioned the choice of songs Simon was making for Emblem 3. Speaking to the band, Demi said: "I just don't understand what Simon is doing with you guys. Every week I know you are going to be standing next to each other singing a song.
"But people are going to like you because you are good looking. I don't think this is genuine at all."
Not happy with Demi's criticism, Simon remarked: "Demi you criticising me for doing a bad job is quite ironic."
Ouch!

Still not backing down, Demi retorted: "I am a 20-year-old girl and those boys lost their spark."
But that meant nothing to Simon who hit back: "Yeah and you know what I have sold over 300m records sweetheart."
Whilst Simon and Demi have not spoken of their feud over Twitter, Demi used the 140 character limit to drum up some support for her acts, tweeting:
"Come on Lovatics!!! We gotta show the other judges how powerful you all are!!!!! They don't believe me so far!!!!"
