Demi Lovato and One Direction's Niall Horan have been linked to each-other before, but nothing seemed to come of it. But now the spark seems to have re-ignited.

New X Factor USA judge Lovato is quoted by HollywoodLife as reaffirming her crush on the cheeky boyband singer in a recent interview.

"I would snog Niall," she allegedly said. "I do have a little crush on him.

"I love Niall, he is so cute. I hear hes really sweet and hes a cutey pie!"

Well we don't think we've heard the phrase "cutey-pie" since the mid-90s, but you can't argue with the sentiment!

What's more, Niall seems to reciprocate the feelings. When appearing on ETalk recently, the 1D lads were shown pictures of various celebs and asked to identify which member of the band would most likely date them. When a photo of Demi came up, guess who stepped forward?

Niall pointed to himself and said he would "100%!" date the 'Skyscraper' singer, while his bandmates unanimously backed him up.
