Demi Lovato Fears Her X Factor USA Comments Are 'Too Harsh'

X Factor USA judge Demi Lovato has admitted to being worried about the comments she has been giving to the hopefuls who have auditioned on the show.

The star, who appears to be getting on very well with her fellow judges Britney Spears, L.A. Reid and Simon Cowell revealed that she is sometimes worried about how her comments come across.

Admitting that she's an "honest judge", Demi reportedly told XFactorUSA.com:

"My judging style is very honest, sometimes I worry that I'm too harsh? I really just say it like it is. I'm not considered the nice judge or the mean judge.

"It's really hard for me to smile if they're performing and they're horrible. I have to be super, super honest and sometimes I feel bad about it."

Demi's fellow judge Britney has dismissed the claims that she is a "tough" judge by saying that it is Simon who the hopefuls have to impress the most.
