Demi Lovato Claims She Doesn't Know Who Niall Horan Or One Direction Are!

Theyve admitted to Skype dates, been introduced to family members and even admitted to enjoying a romance but now Demi Lovato has claimed she isnt dating Niall Horan and doesnt even know who One Direction are!

In an interview on US radio station B104 the star was asked about the romance but completely denied knowing anyone called Niall.

You know we mentioned your name is popping up in relationship news. Can we just publicly say this? You can publicly confirm that you know of someone named Niall who plays in a band. Is that correct? they asked according to HollywoodLife.

With Demi replying: I dont even know who One Direction is.

But dont worry Niall, before you think your blossoming relationship with the star is on the rocks, Demi confessed she was joking and knew exactly who the What Makes You Beautiful star is.

Im kidding. Niall is a friend of mine. I do know who he is. Were just friends and hes awesome. Hes cool, she said.

Thats a relief! We dont want Demi breaking cutie Nialls heart.

He admitted in a radio interview earlier this month that he liked the 19 year-old brunette.

While Demi seems coy about the 1D star her sister doesnt mind broadcasting it as she took to Twitter earlier this week to thank Niall for a fun day out.

We think Niall and Demi need to just admit their dating! Such a cute couple!
