Demi Lovato has become the centre of engagement speculation, following sightings of a mystery ring on her finger during a performance yesterday.

The star performed the National Anthem at the World Series last night, prompting a flurry of discussion online.

HollywoodLife suggested that Wilmer Valderrama is the lucky man, but a rep for the X Factor judge has insisted the report is "not true".

Lovato's love life has always been subject to much scrutiny, particularly in recent weeks when she's been linked to One Direction's Niall Horan.

Both she and the boyband member have denied they are dating, and he has also now flattened reports that he is seeing drama student Amy Green.
