'X Factor' USA's Demi Lovato 'would love Britney Spears collaboration'

Demi Lovato has revealed that she would love to collaborate with Britney Spears.

The singer admitted that while no talks regarding a collaboration are currently taking place, she remains hopeful that one day the two X Factor USA judges will record a song together.

"I would love to," Demi Lovato told Pop Sugar after being asked about the possibility of a collaboration.

"I would be so excited to. There hasn't been any talks now but I keep putting out there in the universe so that hopefully one day it'll happen."

Speaking on her upcoming fourth studio album, she added: "Fans can expect a less dancy-pop album. I'm trying to stay away from EDM on this album and no dubstep for me.

"I miss hearing real instruments on the radio and I wanna be able to bring that back. That's important me. I want my sound and lyrics to mature as well as I have the past year."

The singer revealed that she has quite a few songs prepared for the next album, however it still has a way to go before being full! y completed.
