Fifth Harmony takes the stage at the X Factor Finale with judge Demi Lovato on Wednesday night (December 19) in Los Angeles.

The all-girl group made up of Ally Hernandez, 19, Camila Cabello, 15, Normani Hamilton, 16, Dinah Hansen, 17, and Lauren Jauregui, 16 were honored to perform Demis hit Give Your Heart A Break with the singer!
