The X Factor is down two judges after L.A. Reid and Britney Spears parted ways with the show following the season 2 finale, but Demi Lovato seems to think shes got the perfect solution, go Gaga Lady Gaga that is. Keep reading for more details.
According to US Weekly, Demi hasnt officially been asked to return as a judge on season 3 of The X Factor but she says she would love to. Im focusing on my music this year, so its going to be a lot of touring, a lot of promoting of my album, but I would love toobviously, if they asked me to come back, Id say yes.
And she even has an idea of who she thinks should replace Britney Spears. I would love to see Lady Gaga, Demi said, but I dont know if thats possible or not. Come to think of it, Gaga may not be a bad choice. Not only is she a worldwide music sensation, shes got some judging experience under her belt too. She appeared as a guest judge on So You Think You Can Dance and gave heartfelt, encouraging, and emotional responses to the performances.
At the moment, Lady Gaga is suffering from a labral tear of the right hip and is preparing for surgery to repair the problem. Afterwards, she will require downtime to heal so that means no strenuous concerts or touring. So Demi may actually be onto something; after some rehabilitation, a judging gig on The X Factor may just be the thing for Gaga during her recovery. Time will tell.
Demi is also recovering from an injury. I slipped and fell in my living room and, God bless my roommate, but shes not used to cleaning and so she actually Pledged the floorsNeedless to say, that didnt go very well, she said.
