How Did Demi Lovato Break Her Foot?

The Sonny With a Chance star has been tweeting all week about being injured, dropping hints like a photo of crutches, a video clip of her falling down in concert, and using words like Fibula schmibula.
So what happened? Although her rep did not respond to omg!s request for a health update, Lovato did reveal to her 11 million Twitter followers, Never, ever, ever, EVER let your roommate clean your hardwood floors with Pledge, so we can only assume she slipped and fell. She also re-tweeted a fan's post that their idol "broke her foot."
It was revealed in early January that Lovato, 20, has been residing in a sober living facility for the past year since completing rehab in January 2011 for a myriad of issues, including anorexia, bulimia, and cutting. A source told TMZ at the time that the singer-actress felt she needed the support and guidance from counselors and other addicts who understood her situation.
Get well soon, Demi and may we suggest investing in a pair of shoes with really good grip?
