Demi Lovato suffers wardrobe malfunction at Dallas concert

The Disney darling has been able to clean up her image since coming out of rehab last year, but at a concert last month she ran into an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction.

E! News reported the "Skyscraper" singer suffered a nip slip at her November 26 concert in Dallas, Texas.

The 19-year-old was wearing a fitted, ruffled dress with a plunging neckline and at one point during the concert she leaned down, and the rest is history.

Fortunately the incident wasn't that big of a deal and Demi continued singing. She didn't even address the situation on Twitter and moved on, tweeting "Dallas was on fire last night! New Orleans here we go!"

The magazine also reported that prior to her Texas concert, she had a little hiccup at her Kansas City concert when she accidentally pulled out one of her hair extensions.

According to Us Weekly, the 19-year-old wasn't feeling on top of her game earlier that day.

"Woke up so sick this morning but I WILL NOT let it stop me from putting on a killer show in my hometown tonight!!! Come on Dallas TX!!!!" she tweeted.

And a killer show she gave. Demis 11-city tour ended on a good note Saturday when she performed at the Chicago Rosemont Theatre for A Special Night with Demi Lovato.
