Demi Lovato was inked with her first tattoos earlier this year after a stint in treatment for issues including an eating disorder and self-mutilation.

The 19-year-old Skyscraper singer, who is once again on top of her game, was inspired to get her first tattoos, Stay and Strong on each of her wrists, after all her Lovatics support.

I wanted to thank my fans in a way I know can never be forgotten, she explained in a video shot back in March. I wanted to show you guys that I will never forget the support that you gave me, and I will look at it every day and remember you and be completely thankful for you.

The singer revealed in a recent interview with Glamour Magazine that her tattoos also serve as an inspiration for herself because they are tattooed to cover up her cutting scars, although she finds her scars beautiful.

'I think scars are like battle wounds - beautiful, in a way, she told the magazine. They show what youve been through and how strong you are for coming out of it.

'My tattoos say 'stay strong,' stay on one wrist and strong on the other. Now Im able to look at them and be thankful for being alive, she said.

According to The Daily Mail, Lovato, who also has a green feather tattoo behind her ear, a pair of lips on her left wrist, a fan-inspired heart on her wrist, a cross on her right hand, and You Make Me Beautiful tattooed on her ribcage, recently debuted new ink.

Lovatos new tattoo gives her a little more Faith. She tweete! d a pict ure of the new tattoo, located on her right forearm, writing, Sometimes you just gotta have a little bit of with Faith read on her arm.
