Demi Lovato reveals too much at Teen Choice Awards

American singer-actress Demi Lovato ran into some fashion trouble at the Teen Choice Awards, which she hosted on Sunday (Monday morning Singapore time).

The 19-year-old accidentally revealed a little side boob and nipple through the sheer mesh panel on the top of the Falguni and Shane Peacock minidress she wore at the awards' pre-show pink carpet, according to OK! magazine.

Later in the night, Lavato, the judge of the second season of the US version of reality TV singing show The X Factor, was pranked by her fellow judge and boss Simon Cowell.

He joked on video, saying: "She's annoying, obnoxious, disruptive, gobby, irritating, (has) bad manners, not great taste..."
