Demi Lovato wore a funky rockabilly hairdo to X Factor auditions in North Carolina today with a gorgeous neon dress and her serious attitude. Lovato finished off the look with a trendy leather jacket.

Just last week she showed off her pink dip-dyed locks, and now she has some poufy new hairdos to go along with it. Do you like her sassy style? She's come a long way since her Disney star days!

Lovato has been doubling up on her work these last couple of weeks. She's performing on her tour and also judging for the hit reality TV show. Plus, she celebrated a great milestone this week: She reached 8 million Twitter followers! "OMG - I cannot believe I have 8 million followers on Twitter! Thanks to all of you!!" she wrote on the site.
