Demi Lovato has denied that she has returned to rehab.

The 'Skyscraper' singer spent three months in a treatment facility in 2010 for an eating disorder and self harm. Lovato later said that seeking medical help had saved her life.

Several online gossip websites reported this week that Lovato had once again checked into rehab, this time at Passages in Malibu to overcome a drug addiction.

Lovato's spokesperson swiftly denied that the actress is in rehab again, telling Gossip Cop: "It is a crock of s**t."

Earlier this week, Lovato announced that she is taking a "break" from posting on her Twitter account.

She also recently commented that her ultimate career goal is to win a Grammy Award someday.
