Two former Disney stars, Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus, attended the Peoples Choice Awards 2012 tonight at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, both looking very mature and stunning.

The Peoples choice for Favorite Pop Artist, Demi, strutted the red carpet at the PCAs in a cleavage-baring peach gown, then transformed into a red hot vixen for her performance of Give Your Heart A Break.

Miley was just there to support her hottie boyfriend, actor Liam Hemsworth, who was presenting, but Mileys flirty, peekaboo white dress and red metallic pumps would totally fetch her best dressed.
