Demi Lovato recently took a Twitter break, and it wasn't done without sparking drama.

"Twitter break. It's for the best actually. Who allows me to have this thing anyways?!!! I just get myself in trouble!" she wrote on Jan. 21. "Haha. Anyway... BYE!"

Though the 19-year-old did not say specifically why she was leaving Twitter, rumors began to run rampant that the break was due to another stint in rehab for substance abuse.

Although another Demi, Demi Moore, was recently in the news after being sent to the hospital, those reports about Lovato's second trip to rehab were denied by Lovato's rep. Demi Lovato returned to Twitter herself to assure all is well in her life.

"Don't believe the hype.... All is well!" she tweeted on Monday. "SO stoked to head to Chile in a few days!!! Love all my Lovatics... MUAH! xo"

A second stint in rehab for the "Give Your Heart a Break" singer doesn't seem to be in the cards since she has been open about how much she learned since then.

"I don't drink, I don't do drugs, I don't throw up after my meals, I don't starve myself," Demi said in the February issue of Seventeen. "There's nothing that I do that I feel ashamed of. ...I think sober is sexy. It's cool. I think it's way cooler to be above the influence than under the influence."

She also recently said that now, her goal is to be a positive influence.

"My whole goal in life was to be a singer but now it's taken on a whole new meaning," she told E! News. "Now I cherish a whole new meaning to my career,! which i s to be an inspiration. I think I've been given a voice for a reason...Everything happened for a reason and it's no coincidence that I've been put through a lot at such a young age."
