Despite rumors about a relationship with One Directions Niall Horan, Demi Lovato, 20, is not looking for a boyfriend right now. Instead, she is putting all of her focus on herself and her career and no one can change her mind.

Theres actually nothing that a guy can do to change my mind right now. It doesnt matter how frickin' good-looking you are, or funny, or how in love with them I am, she told iVillage. Right now, theres nobody more important to me than myself and my recovery.

She says that being 20 years old, shes still figuring out who she is. She says its important for other girls to take a timeout and figure out who they are before having a serious relationship, too.

I think thats a thing that a lot of young girls need to remember. There's no one more important than themselves, especially when it comes to girls that are in their late teens or early teens and are trying to figure out who they are, she added. Its really easy to be influenced by a guy that you like, and this is a period of time when you need to figure out yourself. Thats what Im doing right now.

She may not be in a relationship, but the singer, actress and X Factor judge, who has had a very busy summer, says she is very happy and healthy.

Its been an up-and-down roller coaster. It hasnt been totally perfect since I got out of treatment, and Id be lying if I told you that it has. But at this moment right now, and for a while now, its been smooth sailing. I feel like Im just cruising and having a really amazing time in life, she admitted. I wouldnt have bee! n able t o make it through a summer tour while hosting the Teen Choice Awards and doing X Factor at the same time if I wasnt in a healthy state of mind.
