"I was nervous at first, because it's not like I have the experience that (fellow judges) L.A. (Reid), Simon (Cowell) and Britney (Spears) have," the 20-year-old Lovato told TV Guide in its Aug. 27 issue. "But, I know how hard people have to work to get to where they want to be."
