Demi stopped by Katie Courics new daytime talk show in NYC and she revealed that while in rehab for her eating disorder, peoplewould watch her to make sure she ate everything on her plate!

Demi Lovato has no problem sharing her emotional story with her loyal fans. The X Factor judge tells Katie Couric ! in an episode set to air on Sept.24 that she wasnt even allowed to go to the bathroom by herself in rehab!

Treatment was so difficult at first. I remember walking around saying Im in prison! she said. They needed to have those strict rules in order for me to understand how sick I was. I wasnt allowed to use the bathroom by myself. We had specific phone times. There are tons of things you werent allowed to have, you werent allowed to have certain hair products or whatever, that you could injure yourself with or possibly drink, and you were just stripped of a lot of things.

She even went on to say that there would be people watching her as she ate!

I also had somebody watching over me every single time I ate. And if I didnt finish what was on my plate and often times I would cry because I physically couldnt stomach it and if that happened, I would have to have little consequences, nothing horrible, just not being able to go to the cafeteria to eat.
