Demi Lovato and Britney Spears hit up iHeartRadio Fest

X Factor judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato made individual appearances at the iHeartRadio Music Festival this weekend as musical guest presenters.

The Examiner reports that Lovato did several interviews backstage at the event, but Spears, who brought along fianc Jason Trawick, opted out of interviewing.

But that doesnt mean the Queen of Pop is camera shy. According to the Christian Science Monitor, the dynamic duo recently had the challenge of pulling off an episode of The X Factor without their boss, Simon Cowell. But the two gals did a better job than expected.

Spears and Lovato alongside L.A. Reid, proved to be just as witty and adept as they are when Cowell is present.

But despite the entertaining ladies, the show is still struggling in ratings, coming in behind competing shows The Voice and Americas Got Talent -- a fate that Cowell hoped to avoid when he replaced Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger with the Disney darlings.
