WENNThere has been no shortage of rumours surrounding X Factor USA judge Demi Lovato and One Direction's Niall Horan.
With reports having suggested earlier this year that the pair had a Skype date, X Factor USA head judge Simon Cowell has become the latest person to weigh in on the reports, telling the star to "keep away" from the One Direction hottie.
In a clip appearing to have been shot backstage on the show, Demi can be seen telling Simon that Niall, who shot to fame with Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik on the UK version of the show, says hi to him.

We doubt Demi is going to listen to Simon (WENN)
Appearing shocked that she knows Niall, the media mogul can be seen telling the 'Skyscaper' hit maker: "Keep away from him, he's pure."
Quick to respond to Simon's comment, Demi replies: "Excuse me, I'm not looking for anything". Not believing Demi, Simon retorts "really?" for Demi to respond: "Yes, I'm not going to date anyone for a whole year and I made that clear to him."
Not satisfied with Demi's answers, Simon is then seen asking the question that has been on everyone's mind for a long time. "Have you kissed him?"
Laughing at the question, Demi says "no" before breakin! g into a fit of giggles.
