This again? Demi Lovato just can't seem to resist the unsavory allure of Wilmer Valderrama. On Sunday, the sometime squeezes were snapped stepping out for dinner in Los Angeles before heading back to Demi's place.

According to E! News, they are indeed back together, which might explain the over-the-top tweet the actor, 32, directed at the "X Factor" judge to mark her 20th birthday last month.

"Feliz Cumpleaos to my angel @ddlovato, U continue 2 make me proud," he gushed. "U are the hero this generation it's been waiting 4! With & by you always."

Demi was briefly linked to Valderrama in the spring of 2010, not long after she split from Joe Jonas. She reportedly reconnected with the indiscreet starlet defiler shortly after she exited rehab in early 2011, only to part ways again in early 2012.

Lovato recently denied reports that she was dating One Direction's Niall Horan, while Valderrama most recently got his mitts on Minka Kelly before she reunited with Chris Evans.
